Salcito Custom Homes provides design build, general contracting and construction management services for both small and large scale residential and commercial projects. We have delivered more than 100 design build projects incorporating "integrated project delivery" for maximum project efficiency from concept to delivery.

Salcito Custom Homes provides complete interior design services including: construction specification, contract documentation, construction administration and design, purchasing and installation of window coverings, furniture, art and accessories, for some of our clients.

Salcito Construction Co., Inc. started in Connecticut in 1970 as a framing and trim carpentry company. In 2009 we started a framing and trim carpentry company/division in Scottsdale, which through 2011 will have framed and provided trim carpentry work on ten custom homes and five significant renovation and addition projects.

In 2000, Salcito Custom Homes began offering contract property management and housekeeping services to its clients. With 30 properties currently under management, we provide a one stop shop for: HVAC system maintenance and warranty, landscape, pest control, pool, spa and water feature cleaning, water purification systems maintenance, security monitoring, exterior wood maintenance, elevator maintenance, window cleaning, interior and exterior housekeeping, roof inspections and home inspections.
